Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SavhLabs and The House of Stories, operated by Savhfresh Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales.

SavhLabs provides personalised heirloom creation services including portrait commissions, memory archive books, personalised storybooks, and hobby world artefacts ("Heirlooms"). These may be delivered digitally, in print, or both depending on the product purchased.

All prices are displayed in USD and are exclusive of shipping and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By placing an order you authorise us to charge your selected payment method.

Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Digital Heirlooms are delivered to your email address within the timeframe stated at checkout (typically 7–21 days for bespoke commissions). Instant digital products are available immediately after payment confirmation.

Physical print editions are dispatched within 5 business days of the digital version being approved by you.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary: digital goods that have been generated and delivered are non-refundable. Commissions cancelled before work begins are eligible for a full refund. Physical goods may be returned if damaged in transit.

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use your Heirloom for personal and non-commercial purposes. Savhfresh Ltd retains ownership of all underlying art styles, templates, and generation methodologies.

You warrant that any content you submit (photographs, recordings, written memories) is either owned by you or you have the rights to use it for this purpose. You indemnify Savhfresh Ltd against any third-party intellectual property claims arising from content you submit.

By submitting photographs, voice recordings, written memories, or any other material, you grant Savhfresh Ltd a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of creating your Heirloom. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell to third parties, or use for any purpose beyond fulfilment of your order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savhfresh Ltd's liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to registered customers. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
